The DATS Graduating Class of Spring 2022 celebrated with their friends and families this past Friday, April 29, 2022, as they received their certificates as Certified Dental Assistants in the state of Texas.   The event was held at The Culture of Life Ministries building in Harlingen, Tx.

Sharon Chavez, program director, welcomed the graduates and guests and introduced Elena V. Villarreal, CEO. Mrs. Villarreal spoke about her late husband and DATS founder, Dr. Juan D. Villarreal and shared their passion for education. She emphasized the fast-paced growing dental industry in the Rio Grande Valley and encouraged graduates to continue learning and evolving in the dental profession.

Monica Zuniga RDA, program instructor, complimented the group for their attentiveness and eagerness to learn. Monica stated that it was a pleasure to have been a part of their journey into dentistry and assured them they will always have her as a mentor.
