Dental Assistant Training School Rio Grande Valley Celebrates Graduation of Two Classes
The Dental Assistant Training School Rio Grande Valley held a memorable graduation ceremony for two of its classes on October 25th, 2024, at the Diamond Moon Event Center. Two cohorts of dedicated students marked the culmination of their 9-week training programs—one group attending Saturday classes and another meeting on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
The event saw a robust turnout, with around 130 people attending, including students, staff, family, and friends, all gathered to support and celebrate the graduates’ accomplishments. The Saturday-only class graduated eight students, while the Monday/Wednesday evening class honored ten.
The evening was full of personal touches and heartfelt moments. A particular highlight was the homemade cupcakes provided by instructor Sandra, which proved to be a huge hit among the guests and quickly disappeared. Adding a touch of sentiment, one of the students crafted small gifts for each instructor as a token of appreciation. Notably, all instructors were in attendance—a first for the school’s graduation ceremonies—alongside Sharon and Elena, who shared in the celebration and pride for the new graduates.
This graduation marks a significant achievement for the students, setting them on a path toward rewarding careers in the dental field. Congratulations to all the graduates!
